Besides the Biblical 10 Commandments, we were offered a brief but comprehensive, the ten human needs conducted by Solomon Marcus, mathematician Roman, Jewish, member of the Romanian Academy.
1. The need to give meaning to life at the elementary level: sounds complicated, right? Is not! At least once a day should be grateful simply because they happened to exist and it is a miracle that we live and are healthy.
2. The need of refreshment. This refreshing involves not just use water and soap. It's deep, it requires a refresh of mind, a positive thought, a new emotion of mind.
3. The need to question the knowledge that children have that stage of life they ask a lot of questions. Eager for knowledge, they tend to annoy adults already omniscient. Unfortunately for us, we are far from that status; and if not keep living this desire for knowledge, we get to izbim slowly but surely, the threshold of ignorance.
4. The need for doubt. To doubt and being reluctant is part of our nature. It is something natural and normal to disagree with absolutely everything that happens in us, around us, and the teachers should be the ones to us instill this instinct, to seek more and not us please slightly.
5. Need for failure. We are not born learning! Although many claim that we know this, few show. We fear failure, we want to believe that we do not make mistakes. Nothing could be more untrue. It is human to make mistakes, but is condemned stagnation at this level, to repeat the mistake forever.
6. The need for the game. Ludic universe is the first that we discover gradually the level of "game" progresses. And from a simple game fotabal or "the you have hidden" reach an international breakthrough. We try to discover ourselves and then to research the unknown land of the person we love.
7. The need for identity. Who am I? In a world that is under the effect of globalization, in a state in which several ethnic groups and given that interact daily with people of any kind, my identity is harder to find. According to Solomon Marcus: "tensions between different identities of each person and between different identities of individuals are ultimately at the root of many conflicts and wars; here are their roots and existing terrorism on a global scale. "
8. The need for human and humanity. Two big words. Unless you have been taught from childhood to be human, there is no problem, you still have time, you just want. And the human in humanity is just one step. It is so needed in the world of kindness and generosity ... take heed!
9. The need for culture. I wonder how much time spent per day culture? Mankind owns a conglomerate of cultural elements of nature philosophical or mathematical, logical, or musical; no matter what kind soul must be nourished as well as the body. We need to overcome the ignorance.
10. The need for transcendence. Etymologically, "trans" and the Latin verb meaning beyond what is joined, it translates to climb up. A beyond what you are allowed and what is considered normal.
